Montreal, May 14th 2013 – ALTITUDE AEROSPACE and TRINITY AEROSPACE are pleased to announce they have partnered to acquire DICI INDUSTRIES Inc, a Montreal based manufacturing company that specializes in precision machining and assemblies. DICI INDUSTRIES was established in 1988 and provides services to the aerospace, telecommunications, defence and medical sectors.

The synergies created by this valuable addition will allow us to better answer the needs of our OEM customers by not only participating in the design phase but also in the final product and the aftermarket service as well” said the president of Altitude Aerospace Mrs. Nancy Venneman.
DICI INDUSTRIES (www.dici-industries.com) is located in Ville Saint-Laurent, Quebec, adjacent to the Montreal Technoparc and has over 20 CNC machining centres along with additional conventional equipment. The company is AS9100C & ISO 9001:2008 certified and is registered in the Controlled Goods Directorate Program.
